Abel Care and Support Ltd has been established since 2017 and is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are an independent living service based in Leominster, Herefordshire, delivering high-quality, person-centered support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.

We provide a professional, compassionate, and bespoke approach to support, enabling individuals to live independently while remaining actively involved within their local community. Our service is focused on promoting inclusion, choice, and positive outcomes for all those we support.

Abel Care and Support Ltd is led by Registered Manager Helen Reed and Deputy Manager Lisa Saveker, supported by a strong and experienced management team consisting of Yasmin Walker, Emma Davies, Becky Hamer-Morris, and Kaya Soden. Together, they ensure high standards of care, governance, and continuous improvement.

Our team recognises and understands the challenges that individuals, families, carers, and advocates may face when seeking meaningful, tailored support and day opportunities that reflect personal needs, interests, and aspirations. This can be particularly challenging for individuals who may find large group settings difficult. We therefore deliver flexible, individualised support provided by a skilled, compassionate, and well-trained staff team, with training specifically aligned to each person’s needs.
